- Welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handling incoming telephone calls and enquiries, resolving requests and directing calls to the relevant officer.
- Sorting mail and handling all incoming and outgoing couriers.
- Copying, scanning and filing documents as well as managing archives.
- Organising and coordinating meetings with the necessary parties.
- Seeing to the needs of meeting attendees during meetings.
- Organising travel and accommodation requirements for travelling employees or guests.
- Ordering stationery and any other office resources and ensuring the office is adequately supplied.
- Assisting in implementing the necessary follow-ups of tenants' comments, requests and complaints.
- Carrying out data entry into various systems, including accounting software and the car park system.
- Assisting in the day-to-day logistics and management of tenants at Trident Park.
- Handling any other duties that may be assigned on a day-to-day basis.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- A customer service attitude with a pleasant personality.
