Job DescriptionTrident Park is a vibrant green office campus that hosts a variety of dynamic businesses, located in the Central Business District in Imriehel. They are currently seeking to recruit a Front Desk Administrator to join their team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handling incoming telephone calls and enquiries, resolving requests and directing calls to the relevant officer.
  • Sorting mail and handling all incoming and outgoing couriers.
  • Copying, scanning and filing documents as well as managing archives.
  • Organising and coordinating meetings with the necessary parties.
  • Seeing to the needs of meeting attendees during meetings.
  • Organising travel and accommodation requirements for travelling employees or guests.
  • Ordering stationery and any other office resources and ensuring the office is adequately supplied.
  • Assisting in implementing the necessary follow-ups of tenants' comments, requests and complaints.
  • Carrying out data entry into various systems, including accounting software and the car park system.
  • Assisting in the day-to-day logistics and management of tenants at Trident Park.
  • Handling any other duties that may be assigned on a day-to-day basis.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • A customer service attitude with a pleasant personality.
