- Supporting a front desk staff whilst monitoring the team performance.
- Preparing team rotas to ensure adequate cover at all times
- Overseeing customer enquiries, bookings etc ensuring all guests are greeted in a professional manner
- Promoting events, classes and services as required
- Working with other departments to monitor security procedures and ensure coordination of services
- Managing memberships, payment processes and maintaining records
- Developing and improving front office procedures and policies
- Maintaining stocks of material, brochures and other supplies at reception
