- Providing a professional and friendly welcome to visitors and guests
- Supplying information about facilities and services
- Managing customer enquiries by phone, email or in person
- Processing registrations and bookings and payments
- Opening and closing the reception areas
- Ensuring a well presented reception area at all times
- Reporting any issues or customer concerns to the Head of Department
- Experience in a customer facing role, preferably in a hospitality environment
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
- Have good IT skills with the confidence to learn new booking systems
- Be knowledgeable of GDPR
