Our client operates in the hospitality sector in Gozo. A Receptionist is required to join their busy team welcoming guests to their facility.Responsibilities will include:
  • Providing a professional and friendly welcome to visitors and guests
  • Supplying information about facilities and services
  • Managing customer enquiries by phone, email or in person
  • Processing registrations and bookings and payments
  • Opening and closing the reception areas
  • Ensuring a well presented reception area at all times
  • Reporting any issues or customer concerns to the Head of Department
Talent will have:
  • Experience in a customer facing role, preferably in a hospitality environment
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • Have good IT skills with the confidence to learn new booking systems
  • Be knowledgeable of GDPR
