
Demi Chef De Partie (Gozo)

- Rotate through various kitchen stations as instructed by the Head Chef;
- Execute menu items accurately and consistently according to recipes and plating instructions;
- Assist with prep work: portioning ingredients, preparing sauces, stocks, and garnishes for different sections;
- Ensure mise en place is maintained for all stations, restocking supplies and ingredients promptly;
- Monitor inventory levels for assigned stations, reporting shortages or equipment issues;
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
- Excellent English communication skills;
- Currently residing in Gozo or willing to relocate from Malta;
- Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday on roster basis including public holidays;
- TCNs must have a Skillpass.
- Proven experience working in a professional kitchen, with exposure to multiple stations is a must
