- Define and implement standardized project management frameworks, tools, and best practices across the organization;
- Ensure all project initiatives align with strategic goals and integrate into the broader annual roadmap;
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact projects;
- Monitor project performance, manage risks and scope, and establish clear milestones and dependencies;
- Implement governance structures, reporting systems, and escalation protocols to support effective project execution;
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development for the project management team;
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations to define project scope and deliverables;
- Maintain transparent communication between executive leadership and project teams;
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture key learnings and improve future project execution.
- Technical background or deep understanding of iGaming platforms and related technologies;
- Relevant professional qualification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2);
- Proven ability to foresee challenges and implement proactive solutions;
- Strong adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, evolving environments;
- Demonstrated experience with structured planning and meticulous attention to detail;
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the iGaming industry;
- Strong grasp of project management methodologies;
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy;
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure;
- Experience launching products across multiple markets or regulatory jurisdictions.
