Head of Projects

• The Head of Project Development leads the early stages of projects from concept to Development Completion Review where the project is then handed over to the operations to actually start and take to finish the project.
• This role ensures each project is strategically aligned, feasible, and ready for execution.
• You will identify and assess sites, evaluates acquisitions, and develops feasibility models with Finance.
• You present strategic Go/No-Go decisions to the Director based on comprehensive analysis.
• You will oversee concept design and coordinates planning and zoning approvals with relevant authorities.
• You secure necessary permits and finalize the design before handover to Project Operations.
• Stakeholder alignment is a key duty, managing both internal and external consultant teams.
• The role includes developing a stakeholder map and maintaining a contact log for smooth project transitions.
• Early procurement planning and risk mitigation fall under the HPD's responsibilities.
• You will prepare pre-construction procurement strategies and evaluates potential suppliers
• You will ensure all models, approvals, and execution briefs are finalized and documented.
• You will co-own technical and value-engineering decisions and leads procurement strategy with Legal and Project Operations.

• You will preferably have an architectural degree.
• You will have a strong business acumen and like the business side as much as the technical side.
• You will be target driven and focused.
• You will have exceptional communication skills and can manage at all levels.
• You need to be a self starter and reliable.
• You will have good leadership skills.
