Turnkey & Construction Project Manager

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of turnkey construction projects, including finishes and fit-out works.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, and budget forecasts, and ensure delivery within agreed timeframes and cost.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Supervise site operations and ensure all work is performed in line with health, safety, and building regulations in Malta.
• Source and manage subcontractors and suppliers for various trades including gypsum, aluminum, plumbing, electrical, tiling, and painting.
• Oversee procurement of materials and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Manage quality control, monitor progress, and resolve site issues.
• Prepare regular reports and documentation for stakeholders and management.
• Ensure all MEPA permits, method statements, and site notices are in order.
• Assist in preparing quotations and variations as required.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction project management, ideally in turnkey or fit-out projects in Malta.
• Solid understanding of local construction regulations, materials, and methods.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Maltese is an asset.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) is an advantage.
• Valid Maltese driving license.

• A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is required.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) can be beneficial.
