As a CRM Manager (Gaming), you will collaborate closely with the senior CRM management team to shape, guide, and lead the department in achieving both short- and long-term strategic objectives.
We are keen to welcome candidates for the role of CRM Manager (Gaming) within the CRM team based in Malta. You will play a key role in supporting the Gaming CRM team, which is responsible for developing strategic CRM roadmaps, executing campaigns, and analysing their performance to drive long-term customer engagement.
You will be self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, have proven CRM expertise, be results-driven, and possess strong customer focus, commercial awareness, analytical skills, and leadership abilities.
A central aspect of the role will be managing and developing a multi-skilled team, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Proven CRM and marketing expertise with a strong track record in strategic planning and execution, alongside extensive experience in the online gambling industry's Gaming vertical, specifically focused on strategic market penetration.
- In-depth knowledge of customer data platforms (e.g., Optimove) and/or execution platforms (e.g., Braze) is required.
- Demonstrated ability and proven experience in leading, motivating, and managing a team while taking full responsibility for day-to-day operations.

- Commercially savvy, data-driven, and analytically proficient, with the ability to interpret raw data and derive actionable insights to inform strategic direction.
Main Responsibilities
- Reporting on the performance of designated regions, including key CRM metrics and customer behaviour analysis and formulating actionable insights and proposing data-driven next steps to optimise regional CRM strategies, focusing on overall business growth and market maintenance.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of localised CRM strategies across key territories, ensuring campaign roadmaps are delivered to standard and in a timely manner by the Gaming CRM leads team.
- Ensuring all CRM activities meet regulatory standards across all domains and territories, whilst maintaining an in-depth knowledge of licensing frameworks.
- Promoting a data-driven culture within the team; adopting a robust test and learn approach to CRM (e.g. A/B, MVT, control testing), ensuring that all learnings are captured and used to strategically optimise future marketing campaigns.
- Recruiting and conducting staff development meetings to enable the CRM team to operate effectively and efficiently in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.
- Maintaining an exceptional level of knowledge of all promotional mechanics and CRM platforms and ensuring that this knowledge is shared with the relevant team members.
- Proactively identifying and proposing workable ideas and solutions which drive the business performance forward and improve the customer experience.
- Monitoring industry best practices and competitor trends to ensure CRM plans are relevant and delivered to the highest possible standard.
- Liaising with key stakeholders and other Marketing departments to maximise opportunities and help ensure the objectives of the department are achieved.
