Every dish tells a story — of local fishermen, family recipes and the Mediterranean spirit.We are now seeking a talented and passionate Full-Time Head Chef to lead our kitchen and continue this culinary journey.The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the full kitchen operation. This includes menu development, effective cost control of all resources, maintaining food safety and quality standards, ensuring high levels of hygiene, as well as managing and training kitchen staff.The Head Chef will be committed to consistently delivering high-quality dishes in line with kitchen budgets, while ensuring full compliance with HACCP standards and all relevant government regulations.We are looking for:

Proven experience in a professional kitchen
Passion for high-quality Mediterranean cuisine
Proven background in Maltese culinary practices
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Fluent in English and Maltese languages
Residing in Malta, with a valid work permit (for non-EU nationals)
Clean police conduct certificate
