- Proven experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a leadership role.
- Passion for high-quality Mediterranean and Maltese cuisine.
- Strong background in traditional Maltese culinary practices.
- Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Maltese.
- Currently residing in Malta, with a valid work permit for non-EU nationals.
- Clean police conduct certificate.
