We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading lifestyle hotel located in St Julian’s, currently seeking a talented and driven Head Chef – Greek Cuisine to lead a dedicated culinary concept.This is a key leadership position responsible for delivering authentic, high-quality Greek dishes while maintaining exceptional operational standards.The RoleYou will take full ownership of the Greek cuisine outlet, leading the kitchen team and ensuring performance, consistency, and creativity remain at the forefront.This role requires a confident, hands on leader who sets clear standards and drives excellence in every service.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations for the Greek cuisine outlet
  • Ensure food quality, authenticity, and presentation meet defined standards
  • Drive kitchen performance through structured leadership and direction
  • Oversee food cost control, stock management, and supplier coordination
  • Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety compliance
  • Train, develop, and motivate the kitchen brigade
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a high volume restaurant or hotel
  • Strong expertise in Greek cuisine and traditional cooking techniques
  • Hands on leadership style with strong accountability and quality focus
  • Solid understanding of food costing, kitchen operations, and compliance standards
