- Recruitment & Talent Management: Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies, managing the hiring lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and induction programs.
- Employee Relations: Act as the trusted point of contact for employee concerns, handling grievances and disciplinary procedures with discretion and professionalism.
- Performance & Development: Design and oversee performance appraisal systems, supporting managers in creating development plans and identifying training needs to encourage continuous growth.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure full compliance with Maltese employment legislation, including recent 2025/2026 updates regarding pay transparency and leave entitlements. You will also maintain employee records in strict accordance with GDPR.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll coordination and manage employee benefit programs, ensuring salaries remain competitive through regular benchmarking within the Maltese market.
- Strategic HR: Drive organizational change initiatives and provide data-driven HR reporting to the leadership team to help steer business growth.
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Maltese Labour Law, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive and work permit processes for Third-Country Nationals (TCNs).
- Proficient with HR systems (HRIS) and payroll processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability in conflict resolution and people management.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
