Human Resources (HR) Manager

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs

• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns
• Handle disciplinary procedures and grievances
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture

• Design and oversee performance appraisal systems
• Support managers in employee development plans
• Identify training and development needs

• Ensure compliance with Maltese employment legislation
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures
• Maintain employee records in line with GDPR

• Oversee payroll coordination (often with finance)
• Benchmark salaries within the Maltese market
• Manage employee benefits programs

• Organize training programs
• Support leadership development initiatives
• Encourage continuous professional development

• Align HR strategy with business goals
• Provide HR insights and reporting to the management
• Drive organizational change initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or relatedfield
• 5+ years of HR experience (with at least 2 in a managerial role)
• Strong knowledge of Maltese employment law
• Experience with HR systems and payroll processes
• Knowledge of work permit processes for TCN’s
