- Ensure compliance with Maltese employment legislation

- Oversee payroll coordination (often with finance)
- Benchmark salaries within the Maltese market
- Manage employee benefits programs
- Organize training programs
- Support leadership development initiatives
- Encourage continuous professional development
- Align HR strategy with business goals
- Provide HR insights and reporting to the management
- Drive organizational change initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or relatedfield
- 5+ years of HR experience (with at least 2 in a managerial role)
- Strong knowledge of Maltese employment law
- Experience with HR systems and payroll processes
- Knowledge of work permit processes for TCN’s
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and people management
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
