- Design and execute HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives
- Lead and coordinate the hiring and selection process
- Develop and deliver structured onboarding programmes for new employees
- Establish, monitor, and continuously improve HR policies, systems, and procedures across the organisation
- Act as a link between management and staff by resolving concerns, complaints, and workplace issues
- Foster and maintain a healthy and positive work environment
- Manage and enhance the performance evaluation system to promote high productivity
- Administer payroll processes alongside compensation and benefits programmes
- Identify training requirements and implement learning and development initiatives
- Provide management with insights and decision-making support through HR metrics and reporting
- Ensure full compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated experience in an HR Manager role
- Familiarity with HR systems, tools, and databases
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all organisational levels
- Thorough understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices
- A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline will be considered as an asset
