- You will collaborate closely with the Lead HR Business Partner, HR Team, and leadership team to deliver and implement the People and Organisation strategy across Tipico.
- You build strong partnerships with people managers to execute HR strategies, policies, and practices with a solution-focused mindset and promote our Tipico leadership standards and our core values.
- You manage employee relations cases, supporting managers and employees to mitigate risk for the business and ensure that best-practice HR is being adopted.
- You support and coach management and leadership in resolving people matters and in applying talent management, L&D, and rewards tools for effective management, engagement, and retention of employees.​
- You love data - Support proactively driving high-quality employee data and analytics to ensure valuable input for business decisions.
- You contribute directly to your pillar recruitment initiatives, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the right talent is hired in a timely manner.
- You will lead and contribute to projects within the HR Roadmap to continuously add value to the business.
- You have a hands-on mentality - Support the HR department with any administrative matters as and when required.
- Work Experience. You have at least 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role, where you've supported managers and employees across a range of people topics.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree. In Business Administration, HR Management, or equivalent qualification.
- Industry experience. Experience in Tech, Online, or iGaming industries is a strong plus. You're comfortable working in dynamic, multinational environments where priorities can move quickly.
- Hard-skilled. You're confident working with HR systems, employee data, and analytics, using insights to support decision-making. Experience contributing to HR projects or initiatives is an added advantage.
- Coaching Mindset. You enjoy supporting and mentoring managers, helping them grow into confident and effective people leaders - something that is a key focus at Tipico.
- Languages. English is essential as it's our company language. German is a plus and would help you connect even more closely with parts of the business.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Working under pressure and dealing with uncertainty and fast-changing circumstances, taking appropriate actions.
