The role ensures payroll, employee lifecycle processes, HR data, and compliance are delivered efficiently and consistently. The position manages the HR support team and acts as the operational backbone of the People function.HR Operations & Payroll
- Own and oversee monthly payroll processes across all entities
- Ensure accuracy of contracts, salaries, benefits, and employee data
- Manage all HR administration, including documentation, updates, and record keeping
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end
- Manages promotions, transfers, and exits in a structured and compliant way
- Ensure employee records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready
- Manage employee relations cases and disciplinary processes
- Ensure consistency and compliance with local employment laws
- Partner with managers on performance and conduct matters
- Own HR data accuracy across systems (e.g., BambooHR and related tools)
- Produce monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, absence, etc.)
- Provide insights and analytics to support business decision-making
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and processes
- Drive consistency across HR operations in different locations
- Manage and support HR coordinators / junior HR team members
- Set clear priorities and ensure efficient execution of tasks
- Build a structured, service-driven HR operations function
- Support salary review cycles, promotions, and adjustments
- Maintain accurate compensation data and structures
- Support pays transparency requirements and reporting (e.g., pay gap analysis)
- Act as a key operational partner to the CPO on compensation matters
- Develop and maintain HR KPIs aligned with business needs
- Identify trends, risks, and inconsistencies in HR data
- Support workforce planning and cost analysis through data insights
Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR, with a strong operational focus
Proven experience in payroll, HR administration, and employee lifecycle management
- Solid knowledge of employee relations, disciplinaries, and employment law
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present HR data
- High attention to detail with a structured and reliable approach
- Experience managing or supporting junior HR team members
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and able to handle sensitive matters with discretion
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
