Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a Business Development Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients while supporting new business acquisition across their product ecosystem.This role combines relationship management, commercial performance oversight, and new business development within the iGaming sector. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to drive client growth, ensure successful integrations, and identify new market opportunities.Location: Hybrid – SliemaResponsibilities:As a Business Development Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, building strong long term relationshipsMonitor client performance, including GGR, NGR, bet count, margin and player activityIdentify growth opportunities and mitigate potential risks within accountsAddress client needs and provide tailored solutions across the product ecosystemMaintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking and account updatesSupport the Head of Business Development with onboarding and managing new prospectsAcquire new clients across Aggregation, Live Casino and other productsAssist with commercial negotiations and contract discussionsRepresent our client at industry events and trade shows as requiredTravel to meet clients and partners when necessaryAnalyse performance data to drive portfolio growthMonitor competitor activity, regulatory developments and market trendsIdentify emerging market opportunities and provide actionable insightsWork closely with Tech, Finance, Legal and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and deliveryCoordinate supplier launches, content rollouts, integrations and product updatesEnsure smooth onboarding and ongoing operational execution for clientsRequirements:2–3 years’ experience in business development, account management or sales within the iGaming industryStrong relationship management and networking skillsSolid commercial awareness with the ability to support contract discussions and negotiationsData-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metricsFluent in English (additional languages advantageous)Collaborative, proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel as requiredWhat’s in it for you?Our client offers an exciting, challenging role in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
