Hotel Kennedy Nova is looking for a reliable and skilled full-time Maintenance Technician to join its team.Hotel Maintenance Technician As a key member of the hotel operations, the individual will ensure that all facilities, equipment, and systems are maintained to the highest standards, helping provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests. Key responsibilities General Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance. Ability to resolve issues independently. Ensure that all maintenance tasks are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Communicate effectively with other team members. Requirements Previous experience in the Hotel or Hospitality industry would be considered an asset. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and rotational shifts. Process components or replacement parts
Checking whether the appliance is functioning by doing trial runs and function tests and setting the parameters before returning it to the customer
Make an estimate of the price and the term of repair
Instruct customers regarding use, maintenance and setting of parameters
Determine which repairs in the electrical installation or equipment are needed and trace malfunctioning parts
Identify defective or broken-down parts and repair or replace them
Perform preparatory tests for the operation of electrical installation or equipment
Carry out technical work: wire electrical boxes (relay, operating relay...)
Perform technical work: install electrical equipment
