- Manage all Front Office operations, including reception, guest services, concierge, and night audit
- Develop, train, and lead a dynamic team of supervisors and agents
- Ensure guest satisfaction is consistently exceeded from check-in to checkout
- Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B) to streamline service
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Resolve guest feedback and escalate issues as needed with diplomacy and speed
- Uphold Hard Rock brand standards and deliver exceptional front-of-house vibes
- Lead by example — whether it’s problem solving at the desk or greeting VIP arrivals
- Has 3–5 years of experience in a similar front office management role, preferably in luxury/lifestyle hospitality
- Has proven team leadership skills and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-first environment
- Communicates confidently and clearly in English (other languages are a major bonus!)
- Is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and digitally savvy (PMS experience a must – Opera/Fidelio/etc.)
- Understands hotel operations and knows how to handle pressure without missing a beat
