We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Personnel. This position is essential in ensuring that the facilities, equipment, and systems are operating safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.Key Responsibilities: Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on building systems, equipment, and infrastructure. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently. Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize breakdowns and ensure smooth operations. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. Maintain records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs. Assist with the installation of new equipment or fixtures as required. Ensure tools and materials are handled and stored safely and properly. Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times. Collaborate with other team members to support overall facility upkeep. Requirements: Previous experience in general maintenance or a technical trade (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics. Good time management and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physically capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and on-call duties if required.
