We are seeking a skilled and reliable Boat Care & Maintenance Technician to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep, cleaning, and general maintenance of a variety of vessels, ensuring they remain in top operational and aesthetic condition. Duties include hull cleaning, polishing, minor repairs, paint and varnish application, engine and equipment checks, and preparation of boats for customer use. This role requires a strong eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Plan and organise actions for hygiene, waste collection and clean-up
Maintain boat and equipment
Clean and disinfect material and instruments. Remove waste
Help place plant material (plastic foil, nets, binding material...)
Do washing up
Process components or replacement parts
Check operation of propulsion and ancillary installations, hydraulic and electric circuits,... locate malfunctions.
Dismantle, assemble installations and replace defective parts
Organise maintenance, repair or installation activities based on repair orders, instructions from experts/customers...
Connect hydraulic, electric and mechanical installations and equipment
