As the CRM Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative CRM strategies tailored to the Danish audience, ensuring that players feel valued and engaged throughout their journey.Your role will involve managing campaigns across various channels, analyzing player behavior to identify opportunities for growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen our CRM initiatives. This position demands a data-driven mindset and a proactive approach to enhancing player retention and loyalty.Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies aimed at enhancing player engagement and retention in the Danish market.
  • Analyze CRM data to uncover player insights and optimize communication strategies.
  • Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, SMS, and in-app notifications.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive player experiences.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of CRM campaigns, making recommendations for ongoing improvements.
  • Stay informed of iGaming trends and best practices to continuously refine CRM strategies.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Danish with strong command of English. Other languages are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in CRM management, preferably in the iGaming industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and capability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
  • Experience with CRM tools and platforms for campaign management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and collaboration.
  • Creative approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
