A leading large company in Malta is recruiting a Head of Human Resources to lead its people strategy across a diverse portfolio of companies. This is a high-impact leadership position designed to embed a performance-driven culture across multiple business unitsThe Role

You will be reporting to the CEO, and you will focus on shaping careers, developing talent pipelines, and building organisational capability.
The position requires balancing strategic objectives with hands-on delivery while using data insights to drive workforce planning, succession, and performance management.
The Head of Human Resources will oversee HR leads across the company's subsidiaries ensuring consistency and alignment of policies and practices.
You be part of the senior management team, you will also give your input in the formulation and input of the company strategy

Requirements

Applicants should have at least five years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within relevant industries.
A degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, or Business Administration is required, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
Have strong communication skills
Will be ready to travel on a regular basis
Have strong leadership skills
