- Carrying out administrative duties including data inputting and maintaining of employee records
- Supporting employees and TII’s on any HR related queries
- Assisting with the payroll administration
- Responsible for the full recruitment cycle and managing the hiring process including work permits and onboarding
- Assisting with the Health and Safety requirements including coordinating fire drills, etc
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Organise and coordinate training and social activities
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Assisting in the handling of any grievance or disciplinary issue.
- Provide counselling on policies and procedures.
- 3 years’ experience in a similar position with good knowledge of HR functions
- Experience in payroll is preferable
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Possession of or studying towards the attainment of, a Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Good knowledge of employment legislation and policies
- Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- A problem solver with a positive and can-do attitude even when under pressure
- Fluency in English and Maltese.
