A Human Resources Clerk provides administrative support to the HR department by maintaining employee records, processing documentation, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.Care Residence Operations Ltd has opened a call for a Full-time Human Resources Clerk with the company, his / her primary responsibility would be in assisting in the Human Resources administration and processes, reporting to the Hr Manager. Responsibilities: • Work closely with HR Manager, assisting with and coordinating the full cycle of recruitment and selection process. • Screen applications and liaise with candidates to set up interviews. • Apply, upload and monitor applications and engagements on Jobs Plus and Identity Malta Portal systems. • Assist with preparation of job descriptions and posting of job adverts. • Organizing Induction Sessions to new employees and handle new starter administration, including new starter documentation and Induction Packs. • Organizing of training Sessions to existing employees. • Maintain and Update employee information by entering and updating employment details in System. • Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records. • Assisting in the monthly payroll, ensuring data of employees is kept updated. • Provides secretarial support by entering reports data, formatting, and printing information. • Meet employees and new applicants and assist them in any queries they might have. • The HR Clerk provides administrative support and will be assigned ad hoc duties as required according to business and team needs. Requirements: • Experience in administration or Human Resources. • Proficient in the use of MS Office. • Using of Talexio . • Excellent communication and people skills. • Applicants need to speak English and Maltese languages. • Reporting skills. • Maintaining employee files. • Dependability. • Organization. • Scheduling. • Confidentiality. • Independence. • Teamwork.ProfilesIf multiple Education and Language Profiles are defined, please note that you must fit at least one of them, but not necessarily all.PROFILE 1LanguageReadingSpeakingUnderstandingWritingENGLISHMALTESEISCED Level: Post-secondary non-tertiary education - Level (4)Competencies
