- Provide subject-matter expertise across HR functions
- Monitor HR metrics and analyse trends to support decision-making
- Lead training needs analysis and coordinate development programmes
- Support recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives
- Ensure HR policies follow best practice and regulatory requirements
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and recognition programmes
- Foster a positive workplace culture
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and initiatives
- Maintain professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive matters
- Hold an excellent level of written and verbal Maltese and English.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a strategic HR role
- Proven experience in implementing process improvements
- Solid understanding of learning and development methodologies and employee engagement strategies, with the ability to align initiatives to business needs
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage different stakeholders
- Skilled in data analysis and HR metrics to track trends, measure effectiveness, and support decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills with discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities independently, exercising sound judgment and accountability
- Good knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and relevant policies; experience in CSR initiatives considered an asset
- Degree-level qualification in Human Resources, Management, or a related field (MQF Level 6) OR MQF Level 5 with relevant experience
