Breakwater Investments Limited is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead the people strategy for its diverse portfolio of companies, and manage HR Operations at Carmelo Caruana Company Limited (Malta), and ALLcom Sp. z o.o. (Poland).THE ROLEBased in Malta and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of Breakwater Investments, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping careers, developing talent pipelines, building organisational capability, and embedding a performance-driven culture. They will be adept at operating in fast-paced, evolving environments and comfortable working across diverse, multicultural teams.A degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is essential, along with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
