  • Participate in all stages of the customer's journey and contributing to the optimization and performance for a better experience.
  • Work with a variety of tools such as Siebel, KV, APPNET, Documentum and POS to ensure seamless data entry.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed.
  • Participate in decision making and problem solving meetings. Contribute to discussions on sales strategies.
