- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records on the company's HRIS.
- Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for new hires and departing employees.
- Support in preparing HR documents.
- Respond to routine HR inquiries from employees in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Adhere to all company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook, along with any additional policies communicated from onboarding and throughout the internship.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
