It enjoys an excellent reputation for commitment to quality and client satisfaction.We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception experience. You will handle administrative tasks, manage appointments, and support various departments as neededReporting to the Head of Human Resources, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
  • Daily front office duties such as receiving and relaying telephone calls as well as greeting visitors entering the group head office.
  • Answer calls promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain stationery supplies.
  • Distributing daily correspondence in all mediums.
  • Flight and accommodation reservations
  • Providing assistance to the human resources and admin team.
  • Other general administrative duties that may be commensurate with the level of the post.
The successful candidate should preferably have:
  • 2 years’ experience in a phone-based and administrative position
  • “A” level of education required
  • ECDL certified
  • Attention to detail and high level of discretion
  • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English.
