- Design and implement technology solutions for clients, leveraging strategic cloud and security managed services.
- Proactively deliver preventive maintenance and service improvements for clients' managed environments, including systems, networking, security, and cloud services.
- Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates on incident progress and notifying them of upcoming changes as agreed.
- Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain and update client documentation, as well as provide consulting services such as system reviews and recommendations.
- Contribute to and support commercial activities in partnership with the commercial team.
- Continuously explore opportunities to utilize technologies that improve efficiency, reliability, and security in IT practices.
- Engage in research, development, and the implementation of new technological initiatives that align with strategic goals.
- 2 years of IT related experience
- Strong communication, both speaking and writing
- Good technical diagnostic skills and attending to detail
- Familiarity with Azure and M365 portals is a plus
- A desire to learn, grow and succeed
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field
- IT Certifications in Azure or Microsoft Security Administration would be a plus
