A Globally recognised brand is looking for a Service Operations Engineer to join their dynamic team. If you would like to step into the world of Networks this is the role for you.In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing and optimizing core network systems to ensure top-tier service delivery. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot network issues, monitor system performance, and support engineering service objectives.You’ll gain hands-on experience working with IoT systems, engaging with partners and vendors, and delivering efficient solutions to technical challenges. This is a great opportunity to build your expertise in telecom and networking while contributing to high-quality service operations.You Will:

Monitor and optimize core network systems
Troubleshoot technical and network-related issues
Provide technical support and maintain IoT systems

Skills/ Experience:

1 year of experience working in IT Support
1 year of experience working with IoT
Knowledge of Networks
