- Manage and support customers’ cloud and security environments (Azure & Microsoft ecosystem).
- Deliver operational support within managed IT services.
- Provide guidance on systems and network security best practices.
- Perform preventive maintenance and continuously enhance managed environments (systems, networking, cloud, security).
- Monitor environments using remote monitoring tools, dashboards, and alerts.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and system records.
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding incidents, updates, and planned changes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and security across IT operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT (cloud, infrastructure, security, or support roles).
- Familiarity with Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with attention to detail.
- Certifications such as Azure Administration or Microsoft Security are considered an asset
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Customer-focused mindset with good client relationship skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
