- Taking ownership of Windows and Linux servers, virtualisation platforms, storage, and network systems.
- Monitoring system health, manage risks, and ensuring uninterrupted service delivery across all companies within the Group.
- Designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure, primarily based on Cisco, Fortigate and Aruba.
- Overseeing connectivity, security, and performance across data centres and office networks.
- Collaborating with infrastructure and application teams to support Linux, Windows, VMware, SAN storage, and backup technologies.
- Building and maintaining detailed documentation in line with ISO 27001 compliance requirements.
- Participating in incident response, change management, and project workflows.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience, including a strong background as a Network Engineer and hands-on experience with VMware, SAN storage, backup solutions, and Windows/Linux servers.
- Strong proficiency in Windows and Linux environments, with scripting knowledge (e.g. Bash and/or PowerShell) for automation and operational efficiency, as well as familiarity with Entra ID authentication and identity-based access.
- Solid understanding of virtualisation, cloud, storage, and networking technologies.
- Proven expertise in managing data centre and office infrastructures. This includes routing, switching, and firewall management (Fortinet, Cisco, and Aruba).
- Relevant certifications, such as CCNP, are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience working in ISO27001-controlled environments is considered an asset.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
