On behalf of our client, Manpower malta is seeking to recruit a Radio Networks Engineer who is responsible for the design, commissioning, optimisation, and quality of mobile radio and access networks. This role offers the opportunity to work on next-generation wireless technologies and contribute to network development.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct radio site surveys and link budget planning
  • Manage drive testing campaigns and analyse data for optimisation
  • Perform operational tasks on radio network elements, including upgrades and configurations
  • Troubleshoot network quality issues
  • Assist with RF engineering processes and indoor network design
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams for support
Requirements:
  • MQF Level 6/7 in Engineering or ICT
  • Understanding of networking and telecommunications
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Valid driving license
Preferred:
  • 1–2 years experience in network engineering
  • Knowledge of RF concepts and radio propagation modelling
  • Experience with Ericsson Radio System elements
