- Handle daily admin tasks for the Sales Department, ensuring smooth communication and document flow.
- Prepare, send, and track sales documents (account openings, returns, credit checks, event requests, merchandising needs).
- Keep trackers and reports updated (e.g., HORECA projects, cooler distribution, rebates).
- Organise digital and physical files for contracts and documents.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the Sales Manager ahead of meetings.
- Take and share meeting minutes.
- Assist with event participation with the marketing team.
- Handle sales and marketing inquiries and direct them appropriately.
- Provide document and logistical support for presentations and proposals.
- Track team deadlines and tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Act as the first point of contact for calls and visitors to the Sales Department.
- Must be computer literate with good knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with SAP, C4C, Aforza CRM, and Therefore is a strong advantage.
- Well-organised, punctual, and reliable, able to handle multiple tasks.
- Clear and confident in verbal and written communication in Maltese and English
- Must have experience in admin or coordination roles, ideally in fast-paced environments.
- FMCG sector experience is a strong plus.
