- Perform administrative tasks supporting the contract managers with the technical administrative implementation and monitoring of contracted Facility Management services (Logistics and/or building installations and/or civil works)
- Perform project support tasks.
- Plan and oversee contractor activity on site.
- Organizing correspondence, filing and archiving documents, drafting of documents, typing, reproducing, handling the layout of documents and checking the formal quality of documents; Receiving goods and services monitoring consumption tables and services, draft order forms.
- Organizing meetings, assisting with minutes taking, structuring and archiving files, provide quantitative data analyses on complicated invoices, quotations, compile and process work sheets. Keep projects planners up to date and manage (virtual) working groups.
- Keep manuals and intranet information of the sector up to date, draft text for manuals and instructions.
- Plan execution of contractor activity on site with relevant stakeholders (end-users, Security), oversee contractor activity on site and instruct or correct according to internal guidelines.
- Ensure adequate service levels are maintained at all times, monitors services and supplies on site and corrects or replenishes timely.
- Perform any other task as requested in the interest of the service as assigned by line manager or coordinator. Occasional travel abroad may be required.

- Ability to use electronic office equipment and applications (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, electronic communication, internet etc.).
- Good command of the English language (minimum B2 spoken and written); any other European Union language on B2 level, such as: Spanish, Italian, Maltese, is highly appreciated.
