We seek a creative Sous Chef for Mediterranean fusion cuisine. Assist the Head Chef in crafting innovative dishes, managing kitchen operations, and supervising staff to ensure high-quality culinary experiences.As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in planning and preparing Mediterranean fusion menus, ensuring each dish reflects quality, creativity, and consistency. You will supervise and train kitchen staff, maintain hygiene and safety standards, manage inventory, and step in for the Head Chef when necessary. Your role is key in maintaining our culinary standards and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
