- Support the Sous Chef in running the kitchen operation for a specific outlet or shift
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen team during service, ensuring all dishes meet brand standards
- Monitor food preparation, portioning, and presentation across multiple sections
- Train, guide, and evaluate CDPs, Demi Chefs, and Commis
- Assist with planning of menus, specials, and mise en place schedules
- Enforce health & safety, sanitation, and HACCP compliance
- Oversee kitchen inventory, stock rotation, and ordering as assigned
- Step into the Sous Chef role during their absence and uphold leadership standards
- At least 4 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, with 1–2 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in hot kitchen, grill, sauce, or banqueting operations
- Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team under pressure
- Exceptional time management, multitasking, and organisational skills
- Full understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations
- A creative mindset and attention to detail in food presentation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
