- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring dishes are prepped and served to top-tier standards
- Supervise and guide line cooks and kitchen staff in food prep, cooking techniques, and presentation
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and plating across all service periods and outlets
- Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices (HACCP compliant)
- Support with menu execution, mise en place, and station organization
- Step up during service to manage pacing, resolve issues, and deliver under pressure
- Assist in training new hires and developing junior chefs
- Control inventory, reduce food waste, and ensure timely stock rotation
- Be a role model for professionalism, punctuality, and passion in the kitchen
- A hands-on leader with at least 3 years’ experience in a Sous Chef or Senior CDP role in a high-volume or upscale kitchen
- Culinary certification or equivalent professional training
- Great at managing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and plating precision
- Comfortable with kitchen systems, prep planning, and food cost awareness
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
