- Assist in developing and executing creative digital marketing campaigns across multiple hotel outlets and lifestyle brands within the db Group.
- Take ownership of selected brand channels and ensure all content aligns with voice, tone, and identity.
- Manage updates across websites and social channels, ensuring accuracy and freshness.
- Design and schedule daily content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (including Stories and Reels).
- Plan, direct, and coordinate photoshoots and video shoots.
- Capture on-site content for digital platforms, bringing the brand’s energy to life.
- Analyse and report on paid digital campaigns across Meta Business Suite and Google.
- Take part in regular brainstorming and creative sessions with the team.
- Moderate user-generated content and ensure brand standards are upheld.
- Be a collaborative, positive, team-oriented professional who thrives under pressure.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced marketing or digital environment, ideally within hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, content strategy, and campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with any marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Canva; experience with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom is an advantage.
- Excellent writing skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand alignment.
- Able to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and keep up with the beat in a high-energy environment.
- Diploma or certification in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
