- Lead and execute integrated marketing strategies across hotel, F&B, nightlife, and wellness offerings.
- Protect and promote the Hard Rock brand through strong visual identity and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Run digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid media, email), build social presence, and produce standout content.
- Work with influencers, media, and brand partners to amplify awareness.
- Launch new venues and seasonal campaigns with creativity and precision.
- Analyse marketing performance and optimise campaigns based on data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, F&B, Rooms, and Events teams.
- Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and PR partners.
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing within hospitality, lifestyle hotels, or F&B (multi-outlet or multi-brand experience is a bonus).
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, brand positioning, and campaign execution.
- Skilled in content strategy and creative storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in analytics tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email tools).
- Bonus points for Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
