Hard Rock Hotel Malta is seeking an Executive Assistant in charge of Quality to support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, coordinating departments, and ensuring smooth and efficient hotel performance – all while embracing the authentic Hard Rock spirit.As Executive Assistant, you will serve as the right hand of the Executive Office, providing seamless executive support while leading quality management initiatives across all hotel departments.
This is more than a traditional administrative role, it's a pivotal coordination position that ensures alignment between the Executive Office and operational teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect the iconic Hard Rock brand.🚀 Key Focus Areas:Executive Support
- Management of Executive Office, including correspondence, and communications/PR.
- Support project coordination across departments, including reporting and PR activities.
- Lead service quality audits and monitor guest satisfaction metrics.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Analyse guest feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as the central liaison between the Executive Office and all hotel departments.
- Align departmental efforts with the GM’s priorities, operational excellence, and the overall guest experience.
- Facilitate effective communication and cooperation across teams to meet quality and service goals.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in executive support or quality management within luxury or lifestyle hospitality.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems (Opera, MICROS, or similar).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Integrity, discretion, and a strong team player attitude.
