Supervising the Restaurant / Bar

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. • Adhere to the Service steps & Other SOP’s, laid out in training. • Be an ambassador on the team for following the standards & working with Head Waiters & Waiter to foster improvement. • Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure a pleasant dining experience. • Take accurate food and drink orders from guests, following dietary requirements & allergen procedure. • Following timing structure for Drinks & Dishes, reporting any delays to the management. • Assist colleagues during busy times, providing help where needed. • Make suggestions to enhance guests' dining experience, including recommending specials and upselling additional menu items. • Ensure that the dining area is always kept clean and orderly. • Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the Restaurant Manager. • When working a private event, liaise directly with the Senior team member to ensure communication is high. • Open and close the business, ensuring all procedures are followed and being the last to leave in the evening. • Communicate any guest complaints to the manager and recommend appropriate actions. • Conduct training sessions on Service Standards to ensure the team delivers
