Oversees the management and operations of a company's vehicle fleet, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations.Vehicle Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of the fleet to ensure optimal performance and safety. Schedule regular maintenance and repairs to minimise downtime. Driver Supervision: Manage and supervise drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and company policies. This includes hiring, training, and evaluating driver performance. Budget Management: Develop and manage the fleet budget, forecasting expenses and analyzing costs to optimize fleet operations. Vendor Relations: Coordinate with external vendors for vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring quality service and cost-effectiveness. Skills: Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office applications is essential. Knowledge of automotive systems and logistics is also beneficial.   • Brief and train staff on procedures (use, security, maintenance...)
  • Communicate with employees, staff representatives... about employment and competence policy
  • Execute staff policy
  • Follow-up administrative personnel/staff management: sorting of resumes, reply to candidates
  • Fix wages and draft contracts. Check activity level of staff
  • Collect staff performance data (paid leave, sick leave, time sheets...)
  • Supervise or organise hiring of staff
