The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, organizing, and managing the daily operations of the company’s fleet of vehicles and equipment.This role ensures that vehicles are properly maintained, efficiently utilized, legally compliant, and available to support business operations.   • Draw up and edit etters, reports, notes...
  • Coordinate actions of a group during a project/set of activities: National (domestic)
  • Organise seminars or information meetings and establish subjects
  • Develop action plan and start development project; communicate internally and externally; co-ordinate partner network
  • Check actions performed; make recommendations
  • Coordinate department activities. Analyse monitoring instruments and make suggestions for improvement
  • Coordinate department activities and support human resources (personnel management).
  • Explaining activity (giving instructions, demonstrating, ...). Coordinating interaction within the group.
  • Coordinate and organise flows of information for functioning of department or organisation (directives, meetings...)
  • Direct training activities for employees
  • Coordinate team activities
  • Follow-up and analyse data of department's or organisation's activities. Propose strategy for progress
  • Provide training in: Administration (office work, data input on pc...)
  • Give and share information about changes in regulations within team or during inter-institutional meetings
  • Follow-up personnel files administratively. Organise recruitments and trainings logistically
  • Coordinate activities of a team; perform actions to support personnel management (recruiting, training,...)
