Overseeing daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high standards and customer satisfaction. Supervising employees, addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally, and ensuring that the dining experience exceed expectations.Operational Management • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets to ensure smooth service. • Ensure service standards are consistently met and guest expectations exceeded. • Assist in inventory control, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste. • Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and drinks. • Maintain accurate daily records, including staff schedules, attendance, and cash handling reports. Guest Experience • Interact with guests to ensure a positive dining and bar service experience. • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous, diplomatic manner, ensuring prompt resolution. • Actively solicit and act on guest feedback to enhance service quality. Staff Management & Training • Train, supervise, and motivate F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and support personnel. • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations. • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect. Compliance & Safety • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food and beverage licensing requirements. • Enforce proper sanitation and hygiene standards across all F&B outlets. • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality control in all food and beverage service areas. Financial & Administrative • Oversee and verify cash reconciliations and daily financial reports for all F&B outlets. • Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports to the accounts department. • Assist in managing operational budgets and controlling costs. Check cash register at the beginning of the working day. Count contents of cash register at closing time
Welcome customers on arrival in restaurant, assign table and offer menu
