The Job

Supervise the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure all rooms and public areas meet the company's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Allocate and monitor room assignments and cleaning schedules.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and back-of-house areas to ensure standards are met and exceeded.
Provide training, guidance, and support to Room Attendants to maintain performance and motivation.
Report and follow up on maintenance requests in coordination with the maintenance team.
Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and materials according to safety procedures.
Coordinate with the Front Office and other departments to manage priorities and special guest requests.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Support the Head of Department with administrative tasks and other duties as required.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage a team.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is considered an asset.
Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
