We are looking for a CRM Project Manager to join our CRM Projects & Solutions team and help optimize our CRM infrastructure that supports our Global CRM Operations teams.A Taster of What You Will Be Involved With…In this role, you will:
  • Lead CRM system and tool enhancements, improving processes and automating workflows to support operational teams with scalable solutions — making campaign management at Betsson Group more efficient and effective.
  • Work on customer-facing CRM features to drive higher conversion rates and improve the player experience.
  • Act as the bridge between CRM operations, internal Product Development teams, and external vendors to implement technical solutions.
  • Manage CRM-related projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and adoption, driving them cross-functionally both internally and externally.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges, propose improvements, and ensure smooth integration of new tools.
  • Participate in establishing best practices, strategy, templates, policies, and tools to expand and mature CRM capabilities within Betsson Group.
What We Are Looking For…
  • At least 5 years of experience in iGaming, with expertise in CRM operations, CRM platforms, JIRA & Confluence.
  • Proven experience in project management, including cross-department initiatives and managing full project lifecycles.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and technical solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, vendors, and business teams.
  • A strong problem-solving mindset, constantly seeking to optimize processes and tools.
  • A proactive, hands-on, and “can-do” attitude—comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed.
  • Exceptional people skills, especially when introducing and implementing new processes and tools.
