- Manage work permit applications and renewals, including documentation, submissions, follow ups, and record keeping
- Liaise with Jobsplus, Identity Malta, and relevant authorities
- Maintain accurate trackers and monitor permit expiry dates
- Prepare employment contracts, addenda, and maintain employee files
- Support onboarding and offboarding administration
- Handle HR related correspondence and employee queries
- Ensure compliance with Maltese employment law and internal HR policies
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data protection standards
- Previous experience in HR administration
- Hands on experience managing work permits in Malta
- Good knowledge of Maltese employment law
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HR systems knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset
- Professional, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
